Orders over $99 qualify for FREE standard shipping, Australia-wide.
If your order is under $99, we charge a flat rate of $9.95 for standard shipping, anywhere in Australia.
Orders received before 1:00pm (Sydney time) on a weekday, will be processed and dispatched the same day. Orders received after 1:00pm will be processed the next business day. We do not currently dispatch orders on weekends or public holidays.
Once an order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email that will include tracking details, so you can monitor the progress of your shipment. Beauty Mania is not responsible for shipping transit times. Any transit times are provided by the carrier and exclude weekends and public holidays and may vary during peak periods.
All orders are trackable and require a signature on delivery.
Please allow up to 7 working days for your order to be delivered. Isolated or remote areas can take longer.
Beauty Mania uses Australia Post exclusively as our shipping partner. Check Australia Post estimated delivery times on the Australia Post website.

Flammable items

Some items are classified as flammable and have shipping restrictions and must travel by road freight and not air, meaning they cannot be sent via Express Post or overseas.
Examples of such items include

  • Aerosols, Nail Polish and Fragrance
Safe Drop / Change of Address

All orders are dispatched from Beauty Mania to the address provided upon checkout. Should you decide to

  • change the delivery address during transit with the courier or
  • authorise the courier to safe drop the order

Beauty Mania will no longer accept any liability should the order get lost in transit.

Incorrect Address details

If you have accidently made an error with your delivery address, please advise us as soon as you notice on [email protected]
If the order has already been dispatched from our facility to the incorrect address we were provided with, Beauty Mania will not be able to refund or resend the order.

Goods Returned to Sender (RTS)

In the event that an order that Beauty Mania has sent out is returned to us due to


i). the address supplied by the customer being incorrect and/ or insufficient (ie. not including your apartment number) or
ii). it remained unclaimed at an Australia Post outlet for a period of 14 days, Australia Post will return the order to Beauty Mania at an additional cost to Beauty Mania. In a situation such as this, Beauty Mania will deduct the RTS postage + restocking fee ($15.00) from the value of the goods with any balance to be refunded to the customer. If the original order qualified from Free postage or a postage discount, a $18.95 fee will be deducted to cover the cost of the initial postage, RTS charge + restocking fee. iii). Beauty Mania will only re-send the order if the customer agrees to pay the RTS fee plus an additional postage fee, in total $18.95.

Order Changes

Because of the way our system processes orders, orders cannot be changed online once placed.

If you feel there was an error in your order confirmation, please contact us at [email protected] this must be done within 1 hour of order completion. If your order has already been dispatched, Beauty Mania will not be able to make any changes.
