Refund Policy
At Beauty Mania we proudly stand behind every product and we strive to make your shopping experience with us rewarding and enjoyable. Therefore, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied with any product we would love to hear about it and we will make every effort to ensure your satisfaction.
Change of Mind
If you received your order and you’ve changed your mind about something you’ve purchased, simply contact us via email on [email protected] within 30 days of receiving the item. Should you wish to send the item back to us, we will happily issue you with a store credit, provided the item is returned to us, unopened/ unused and/or untested with the original packaging and contents. We would recommend that you use a trackable shipping method when returning an item to us, this will avoid any complications arising from a lost returned parcel.
The return shipping cost is at the customers expense and is non refundable.
Once we have received your returned item, it will be inspected. If the item is found not to be in a resalable/ original condition (for example damaged packaging, opened or used) we might not be able to issue you a store credit. If this is the case, you will be responsible for the expense associated with Beauty Mania having to resend the item back to you.
We kindly remind you that you must contact us before returning anything and obtain a return authorisation.
Faulty goods
In the unlikely event that an item arrives and is faulty please email us directly on [email protected], just be sure to include the order number relating to the item in question in all correspondence. We will endeavour to answer any enquiries within 1 working day.
Goods Damaged or Lost in transit
We will always do our best to ensure that your order is processed and dispatched quickly so it arrives to you when expected and in good condition. If your order goes missing once dispatched, we will investigate this with the carrier on your behalf, which can take up to 14 days. If the shipment cannot be located within that time, we will happily offer you a store credit or to replace the order for you, without charge.
Goods Returned to Sender (RTS)
In the event that an order that Beauty Mania has sent out is returned to us due to
i). the address supplied by the customer being incorrect and/ or insufficient (ie. not including your apartment number) or
ii). it remained unclaimed at an Australia Post outlet for a period of 14 days, Australia Post will return the order to Beauty Mania at an additional cost to Beauty Mania. In a situation such as this, Beauty Mania will deduct the RTS postage + restocking fee ($15.00) from the value of the goods with any balance to be refunded to the customer. If the original order qualified from Free postage or a postage discount, a $18.95 fee will be deducted to cover the cost of the initial postage, RTS charge + restocking fee.
iii). Beauty Mania will only re-send the order if the customer agrees to pay the RTS fee plus an additional postage fee, in total $18.95.
